You make New Life look good. Seriously. You’re responsible for prettying up the Garden Room for each Connections meeting. You will be part of a team of 2-3 people who will arrive at 6:30 to help prepare the Garden Room for the Connections meeting.

The set-up team will be responsible for
+ Coordinating with the Connections Guru to prepare drinks and/or snacks.
+ Bringing utensils from our shelf in the kitchen to the Garden Room.
+ Bringing the Connections tubs down from Johnny’s office and unpacking the books, pens, pencils, Bibles, etc. onto the tables.
+ Coordinating with the Connections Guru to organize the room as needed for the night.

If for some reason you cannot be at a meeting, you are responsible for alerting the rest of the set-up team and possibly finding somebody to replace you.
