Anyway, you are responsible for starting the Connections meeting and welcoming people to New Life. You will generally open the meeting with announcements and some sort of game or icebreaker something to get people talking, be it at their tables or in a mix throughout the room. Creativity is an asset, but not a prerequisite to emceeing. You can get the announcements from the weekly What’s Happening, or from the Connections Guru or Johnny.

After that, you generally turn things over to Johnny, Coldwater, or the Drama / Video team.
