FRIDAY:There’s one more thing going on this weekend! ACF is sponsoring Dr Daniel Shayestah (a former Terrorist) to speak tomorrow night (Friday), Sep 28 at 7:00 pm, 100 Thomas Building. Dr. Shayestah is now a Christian and should have some very interesting insights into these questions he will be addressing.

Questions he will address are…

1. Why does an extremist embrace terrorism as an option to effect change??

2. Can you help us understand a terrorist’s frame of mind??

3. What changed the hatred in your own heart??

4. How has your faith played a part in this transformation??

If you’d like a little more information, there is a Facebook event bulletin titled “Confessions of a Former Terrorist” that gives a little more information about the background of the speaker.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY- 9.28 & 29.07- Jordan is planning on hosting 2 hikes this weekend! The first is Friday morning from 7a.m. to 9 a.m. The second is on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you’re interested in going or need more details, contact Jordan at jcr5002@psu.edu!

SUNDAY- 9.30.07- The Song of Solomon Bible study will take place Welliver’s. It begins at 7:15 p.m.
