Looking ahead to the weekend… We’ll meet at 4:30 behind the I.M.Building for the usual Ultimate Frisbee action. There will likely be a tailgate or other football fun on Saturday. On Sunday there will be a Welcome back lunch for students at Calvary Baptist following the 11 service. If you are a senior, look for the table with info on Sr. EXIT – a ministry we are a part of helping you seniors make a smooth transition from college to community.

SATURDAY: As I’m sure everyone knows, Saturday (9.8.07) is the big Notre Dame/PSU game. Jordan Reed is hosting a tailgating party on Saturday in the fields across from East Halls. He will be there from about 10 a.m. until the game starts (which I believe is at 6 p.m.). Everyone is more than welcome to come on by and there will be plenty of food and drinks. If you want to give him a call for a little more information, his number is 724-699-6054.

SUNDAY: The Song of Solomon DVD study on relationships, dating, and marriage will start this Sunday at 7:30 at the Welliver’s house.  The videos will be followed by a time of discussion–it’s a great insight into God’s plan for human sexuality.  Plus, you get to hear Scott’s take on things!
