Here’s what’s going on this weekend!

FRIDAY- 8.31.07- Be at the IM Building at 4:30 p.m. if you’re interested in a some Ultimate Frisbee action. Everyone is meeting behind the building in the fields!

FRIDAY EVENING- It’s that time again…football season! Tomorrow evening is the Penn State Football Eve pep rally. There are festivities taking place outside the stadium beginning at 6 p.m. You can get into the stadium beginning at 7 p.m. when the gates open and the pep rally itself will start at 7:45. Anyone wanting to get a head start on cheering can meet up at 7 p.m. by the BJC sign and we’ll hang out together.

SATURDAY- 9.1.07- It’s GAMEDAY!!! Kickoff is at high noon.

SUNDAY- 9.2.07- Frontline Ministries (a local Christian organization) is sponsoring the Last Blast of Summer at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park in Tipton (about 30-40 minutes from State College). The featured band for the concert this year is Sanctus Real!!!!  They will be on stage at 3 p.m. Following the concert at 5:30 p.m., the comedy group 321 Improv will be on stage. THIS IS A FREE EVENT!!!! Anyone wanting to join in on the fun should meet at the Pollock Library at 1:30 p.m. for a ride. The weather is supposed to be superb (Sunny  and 77 degrees)!!!!

MONDAY- 9.3.07- LABOR DAY- Johnny is planning an actual “labor” day at the Pon’s residence. Anyone wanting to help tear up their backyard and get a little dirty is invited to come out for some fun! Perhaps Johnny will even break out the grill for a little bit of a cook out and some ice cream!
