Connections: Same Time (7:30 PM) Back at the Garden Room in the Spiritual Center. We’ll explore some commonly held opinions of our culture with the question, Does it make sense?

Two:forty:two groups
These are our small group opportunities. Taken from Acts 2:42 where it says “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, and to the breaking of bread and prayer.” The intent is that these groups are more than Bible studies, but are communities who do life together. Faith For Thought Conference – This Saturday, Oct. 28 – We will register as a group with tomorrow night being the deadline. The cost for the day is $18. This weekend is essentially our fall retreat type of weekend. You will get some great teaching/discussion/content at the conference this Saturday. You will also get a bit of fun tossed in at the Barn Dance Saturday night AND some great worship at the Third Day/David Crowder concert Sunday night. If you can’t be at Connections tomorrow night, but want to attend Faith For Thought, just send me a reply, and we’ll get you on the list. Third Day/David Crowder Tickets: I am hanging on to everyone’s ticket, but will be happy to give it to you ahead of time if you would prefer to have them in your own hands. The concert begins at 7 PM Sunday. We will meet at 6:15 by the Bryce Jordan Center sign.

Thanksgiving Service Opportunity: The Thursday Men’s 242 Group is organizing a service opportunity with other local churches to pull together a Thanksgiving Community meal at the SC Assembly of God Church. There will be several different ways we can assist with this project and John Petrilli will be sharing more details tomorrow night at Connections.

Passion 07: You can still sign up, but the registration cost goes up to $149. We’re still working on housing options, but we estimate the total cost to be between $200 – $250.

Honduras 07 Applications are now available. This year the trip will run May 20 – May 31, and will cost somewhere around $1200 again.
